Stupid Office Move

Our office is hiring two people. My boss and his favourite-no.1-butt-kisser are moving to the next room to make room for the new guys. Strange enough, he didn't just let the two new guys sit where they used to sit. He asked EVERYONE in the office to move to a different location even when you are moving just one space over. Is that necessory or he thinks we have nothing better to do?

The worst is that now my monitor is RIGHT where he can see it through the window between the two rooms, this is why I am so upset. LOL Luckily I am going away in 2 days, and I can care less for now!!!

I HATE COLD SORES. Note most people in HK called "fay ji" cold sores, but "fay ji" are actually CANKER SORES. Cold sores are what we call "bao chung Type 1". They, sometimes called fever blisters, are clusters of small blisters on the lip and outer edge of the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red and inflamed. The blisters can break open, weep a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. Complete healing may take 7 to 10 days. They are sooooo ugly!!!!! >:O COLD SORES are caused by herpes; just make sure it's not Type 2 you are getting. :p

DOOM DAY HAS COME

I CANNOT SLEEPY!!! :'(

For those who know me, sleep is life! But I haven't been able to sleep well. I keep getting up every hour. I HATE THIS FEELING! What can I do???? Luckily I don't feel exhausted during the day, but not being able to enjoy a deep sleep is driving me crazy!

Someone got a "drug free" remedy, please send it my way.

Where is Winter?

We are breaking record high today. 71F (22C) in Jan! I just love it! Although I heard somewhere that winter will soon disappear!!! There will be NO MORE WINTER. Imagine that. Yikes...that's a bit extreme, isn't it? All the ski resorts are crying in pain. There is no snow in the Northeast Region. Maybe they should bring out grass tubing again...

I have always liked winter as I find winter clothes much cuter than summer clothes. :p I don't mind the chill now and then, it's the snow that I am not keen on. Well correction! Snow is ok if I am on vacation or don't have to shovel it out of my driveway or drive through the grey slushy to work!!!!

The Spy...

Our spy (my dad) went to the house today and the wood floor is almost done. The electrician is also working on the face plates, so finally, we are really getting some work done. Can't wait to go see it on Sat.

Then on Sun, we can finish the counter top and the kitchen will be decent enough for some photos! Remember to check this space! ;)

What? It's over already?

The holidays? Where did they go? All I remember was stuffing myself day after day with food...but haven't felt that I was off from work. Besides, spending the weekends installing the cabinets made me even more tired than usual. And now, it's all over!!! No more day off until Feb 19th...

Well that is...if I am not taking off for two and a half weeks in Jan. Ha ha! I can't wait. 15 more days until we leave for HK and Maldives! I will just forget about the house (what house) and enjoy my vacation! WOOHOO!
