Exercise...
...is something all of us should do, but have millions of excuses not to. I was in very good shape a couple years ago when I did the lift guarding training. I could swim 60 laps non-stop. Now? I probably couldn't do 6 laps.
As lucky as any new mom could be, I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight. But that doesn't mean my body is in tip top shape. I have started using a toning ball and following a routine. Only need to do the set 3 times on Mon/Wed/Fri and rest in between. Then on Sunday, just do a walk or something light. Today is only my second day, but I know "something" is happening and working as my muscles are sore. Hopefully I can see results soon!
