OMG! Only 9 more days!

Had an appointment this morning. It's a long story, but here we go. My two gynos have decided to join with a group of doctors to perform the delivery at the same hospital. So instead of being stand-by every other night, a total of 10 doctors will be taking turns. This would give the doctors more family time. The good thing for us patients is that the doctor who's on duty can meet us prior to the actual labor in the hospital instead of showing up at the last min. The down side is that there is 80% a stranger will show up in the delivery room. And then there is another thing... 2 out of the 10 doctors are male. So there is yet another 80% chance we'll have a male doctor when we have always wanted a female one! This new system will start on August 1st.

SOOOO!!! The plan is... By next Sat, if I will be ready (as little as 3cm), I will be induce on either the following Monday or Tuesday (our choice). WOOHOOO! How exciting is that?????? So if I don't go into natural labor this coming week, I will most likely be giving birth on the 30th (Monday). :D That would be perfect timing as hubby's parents are arriving on the 29th (Sunday). :D

So I gotta keep up with the walking this week and get myself ready. It's almost time now!!!!
